Two Programmes to Suit Your Students

Eduployment offers two powerful programmes for nursing students and recent graduates. Both programmes combine professional coaching, intensive language training, cultural integration, and close cooperation with healthcare institutions, ensuring a smooth transition into life and work in the Netherlands.

Erasmus+ Internship Programme

For nursing students who want to gain practical experience in the Dutch healthcare system, improve their Dutch, and grow professionally in a safe and supportive environment.

CV-Boosting Programme

For graduates looking to start their career in The Netherlands. Participants work in Dutch healthcare under direct employment contract with the healthcare institution, with full support, language training up to B1+, and opportunities for long-term development.

    For many students, their time in the Netherlands is a perfect conclusion to their nursing education. It offers a real-world bridge between theory and practice, helping them grow into confident, capable professionals ready for their next step.

How We Work Together

Our cooperation typically begins with a classroom presentation at your institution. This is where we introduce the programmes, answer questions, and invite interested students to apply. From there, we guide students step-by-step:

Students who are interested join an individual intake process, including video interviews to assess their motivation, ambition, and fit with the Dutch care system. All their questions will be answered.

Depending on the programme, participants follow Dutch language training up to A2 or B1+. Classes are held online, and Part-time and full-time options are available.

We arrange everything, from contracts to housing, airport pick-up, and integration support. We also help students apply for subsidies and maintain regular check-ins throughout their time in the Netherlands.

After the programme, students return to their home country with valuable international experience, stronger communication skills, and a clearer view of their career path.
