\nSupportive. Purpose-driven. Since 2002\n

\nSince 2002, Eduployment has been a trusted partner to European nursing education institutions, Dutch healthcare organisations, and countless nurses, assistant nurses, and nursing students from across Europe who want to build their future in Dutch healthcare.

We believe that language, culture, or geography should never stand in the way of professional growth. That’s why we guide our students step by step, from learning Dutch to starting their first shift, in a way that is practical, personal, and focused on long-term success.

We are not a staffing agency or recruiter. We are a specialised language school with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between European nursing education and Dutch healthcare. And we do this with care, clarity, and close attention to every detail.\n
